Sanskrit verse
ॐ पूर्णमदः पूर्णमिदं पूर्णात्पूर्णमुदच्यते। पूर्णस्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते॥ ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः॥
Transliteration
Om Purnamadah Purnamidam Purnat Purnamudachyate, Purnasya Purnamadaya Purnamevavashishyate. Om Shantih Shantih Shantih.
Meaning
That (the Absolute) is whole; this (creation) too is whole; from wholeness, wholeness comes forth. Even after taking wholeness out of wholeness, wholeness alone remains. A meditation on a reality so complete that it cannot be diminished.
